Not to let my customers down, I arrived on time to open Mountain Nature in Franklin, NC. Seems I was the only one in the center. I stayed a while but, it looked like freezing rain might set in any time. The weather went downhill, starting to snow with the temperature at 32. From here I went south to our Clayton, Georgia store. It was raining and threating freezing rain at the NC/GA line. In Clayton it wasn't much better. We (my wife, Jean who runs the Clayton store & I) decided to close around 2pm since we were getting reports of unpassable roads in Otto, NC where we live. We just made it home and were barely able to get up the driveway.
