Lufty Baptist Church aka Smokemont Baptist Church is located near the Smokemont Campground not far from the Oconaluftee Visitors Center of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in North Carolina, USA. This is a place I found this morning on the North Carolina side of the landslide that fell higher up on New Found Gap Road (US 441). There are places to explore on the NC side still as I found out this morning.
